So, here are my results after my time with a PT. This is 20 weeks apart and about 10 kgs difference.

I started at 68.2 kg and now I weigh 59 kg. Why I gained a lot of weight was because I totally lost my control over eating and I binged on bread almost every night and almost gained everything back that I’ve lost.

I contacted a PT and he made me a workout and meal plan and I’m so happy with my results! I can’t share with you my plans because they are protected under the Act on Copyright of Literary and Artistic works SFS 1960:729 2 §. But I can tell that I did weight training 3x/week (upper body and lower body on separate days) and ate three large meals with protein, complex carbs, healthy fats and lots of veggies.

What I want to show you guys if you ever get off track, even if it is for a long time, it’s not the end of the world :)xx
